hey hey hey, long time no blog! 

i'm finally brushing the dust from this space and updating hahaha.

obviously as you can tell from the title, i'm going to be talking about my outward bound experience! 

 

 

to be honest, before the trip i wasn't really looking forward to it. i thought it was like some kinda boot camp or something and i was like "wah, stress sia i don't want!" 

but thanks to the other sports' leaders i was persuaded to go for OBS, and i don't regret it one bit because i feel like this trip really changed me as a person and is really life changing.  

anyway, enough of this boring monologue liddat LOL, on to the activities!

ACTIVITIES ON DAY 1: 

introduce yourself: your name and CCA 

logistics etc 

mini challenges: 

    tarp flip 

    giant skip 

    loop de loop 

    key punch 

outdoor cooking 

first, all the six schools from cluster west were divided evenly into 4 different groups! once we were divided, we went into our individual groups to get to know each other and introduce yourselves. our group was named PEACE, and the other groups were called SEXY WARRIORS, PRIME, and THAI-GIRL. 

 

 

once done, we were told to make our own banner with our team's rules. (as seen above by doodles and stuff HAHAHAHA my group is great)  after that we didn't do much omg i can't even remember, i think we checked the store to see that nothing was missing and if something was broken we could get it replaced! 

also we set out our lunch and our happy food for the next four days in camp! 

 

 

after all this was done, we moved on to the activities! the activities my watch did that day was super fun, even though it was tiring and we perspired A LOT. 

we managed to co-ordinate ourselves to jump rope as a whole group despite meeting for only like, half a day wtf it was damn cool. we even managed to do the tarp flip thing in under five minutes! i never do so fast before i was damn shocked HAHAHA.

when we were all sweaty and gross, we all expected to be able to take a shower but nope, we had to pack our bags for the next day and cook before the showers were free for my watch! it was damn funny to see luah so confused about what to bring hahahaha, and will never forget zhongwei saying "huh, i kayaking with water booties!" when they were crocs lmfao.
